I hope ya'll are staying cool wherever you are.... I think today is a perfect day for homemade smoothie pops! Here is the recipe we use:
- 1/2 c. vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. milk
- handful of frozen blueberries & raspberries & strawberries
- small handful raw baby spinach & 3-4 baby carrots (I have not tried this part yet but I think I will next time... they'll never know- shhhh)
- 1 banana
- honey to sweeten
